1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains what the Winda website at winda.ai (the "Site") stores in a visitor's browser and why. The Site is operated by Winda Inc. ("Winda"). This policy should be read with the Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies and similar storage are
Cookies are small text files that a website places in a browser. They let a site remember information between pages or visits.
Local storage and session storage are similar tools built into browsers. They let a site keep small pieces of information in the browser:
- local storage keeps information until it is cleared
- session storage keeps information only until the browser tab or window is closed
Information in local storage and session storage stays in the browser. It is not sent to Winda with each page request. Data in session storage reaches Winda only when the Site sends it, for example with a form.
3. What the Site stores today
The Site sets no cookies. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no analytics script.
The Site uses browser storage only for the items below.

The theme and display settings are needed for the Site to work as the visitor set it up. Campaign data helps Winda understand which campaigns bring inquiries, and it reaches Winda only when a visitor submits a form. The Privacy Policy explains how Winda uses it.
4. Third-party resources
The files the Site needs to display its pages, its 3D graphics library and its fonts included, are served from the Site itself.
The Site also links to other sites, such as LinkedIn. Those sites may set their own cookies once a visitor follows a link to them. Their own policies apply.
5. Future analytics
Winda may later add a tag manager or analytics tools to understand how the Site is used. Before the Site uses any cookies or similar technologies that are not strictly necessary, Winda will ask visitors for consent, and will update this policy to list them. Visitors will be able to change their choice at any time.
6. How to control storage
Visitors can control cookies and browser storage in their browser settings. Most browsers let a person:
- see what a site has stored
- delete stored items for 1 site or for all sites
- block cookies and site storage, for all sites or for specific ones
Clearing the Site's storage resets the theme and display settings. Blocking storage does not stop the Site from working, although the Site will not remember these settings between visits. Each browser's help pages explain how to manage these settings.
